Top Dog Services is currently assisting local municipalities in the Watertown, New York area with the extreme winter snow event affecting the region. A team from Top Dog Services deployed from the Washington, DC area to Watertown with one of the company’s seven large snow blower on Thursday. The Watertown area has already received over 30 inches of lake effect snow; with a total of 48+ inches forecast thru Saturday night. Snow rates of over 4 inches per hour and 40 mph winds have resulted in blizzard like conditions in the Watertown area.
